VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of
Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
(a) Area.
(1) All of Lots 14,19, and 20, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres,
except parts previously zoned as Commercial herein; and
Lot 15, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, except the Easterly
500 feet thereof, all according to the map or plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds, Anoka County, Minnesota.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council this 27th day of May, 1968.
