VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6,PASSED By THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village
of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
(a) Area.
(m) That part of Government Lot 4, Section 20, Township 31,
North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minn. lying South
of Village Road now known as Aqua Lane and lying Easterly
and Southerly of Rice Creek and lying West of the
following described line: Commencing at the inter-
section of the Southerly line of said Aqua Lane and
the East line of Government Lot 4; thence Westerly along
the Southerly line of Aqua Lane 463 feet to the point
of beginning; thence Southerly at right angles 500 feet,
more or less, to the shore of Rice Lake and there
terminating.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand
as initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council this 26th day of August, 1968.
