THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MARCH 25, 1963.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes does ordain:
I.
Ordinance No. 31, of the Village of Lino Lakes, passed on
March 25, 1963, is hereby amended, as follows:
A.
SECTION 2. LICENSE REQUIRED., of said ordinance is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
SUBDIVISION 5. "Special Sunday On -Sale License."
Special on -sale licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor on
Sundays shall be issued only to hotels and resturants as defined
in Laws 1967, Chapter 19, Section 1. All sales of liquor by such
establishments shall be in accordance with Laws 1967, Chapter 691.
B.
SECTION 4. LICENSE FEES., of said ordinance is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
SUBDIVIDION 3A. The annual fee for a "Special Sunday
On -Sale License" shall be the sum of $200.00.
C.
SECTION 9. RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION., of
said ordinance is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
SUBDIVISION 5. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold
after 1:00 A.M. on Sudays, except that hotels and resturants
having special Sunday on -sale liquor licenses may serve intox-
icating liquor between the hours of 12:00 noon and 12:00 mid-
night on Sundays.

Save as above amended this ordinance shall stand and be effective
as adopted and as previously amended.
This ordinance shall be effective from and after its pass-
age and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, this 8th day of January, 1968
