VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial of THE
VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6,
PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18TH
DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village
of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
(a) Area.
(p) That part of the Southwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of
Section 24, Township 31, Range 22 described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line
of County State Aid Highway No. 14 and the Easterly right-
of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 35E; thence East
along said South line of County State Aid Highway No. 14
a distance of 200 feet; thence at a right angle South
250 feet; thence at a right angle West 298.22 feet to
said Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway
No. 35E; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-
way line 275.62 feet to the point of beginning.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village council this 27th day of Jaauapy, 1969.
