VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial
OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE
NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON
THE 18th DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3A. Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of
the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
(a) Area.
(1) The following described real estate situate in
Anoka County, Minnesota:
1. The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22.
2. The West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27, Township 31, Range 22,
except the following described tracts of land:
a. Beginning at a point on the East and West 1/4 line of
Section 27, Township 31, North, Range 22, West, a distance of 1157.55 feet
East of the West Quarter Corner of Said Section 27, thence Northerl,
parallel with the East line of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section '27,
a distance of 418.85 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the East and
,West Quarter line a distance of 208 feet; thence Southerlya distan of.;
418.85 feet to the East and West 1/4 line of said Section 27; thenct4k,
Easterly along said 1/4 line a distance of 208 feet to the point of
beginning and there terminating, containing two (2) acres.
b. Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 27, Township
• Ran e22 West; ,thence North along West line of said Section
'• feet to- a point, thence East a distance of 309.8- fe
a point; thence South a distance of 560 feet to a point, s-°i
the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section;
along said South line a distance of 309.8 feet to the poin t beg
containing 4 acres more or less all in the Northwest 1/4 of Section
Township 31 North, Range 22 West.

c. Beginning at a point on the East and West 1/4 line of Section 27,
Township 31 North, Range 22 West, a distance of 949.55 feet Easterly from''
the West 1/4 corner of Section 27; thence Northerly parallel with the
East line.of the West.1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 27 and 375.8 feet West
from the said East line of the W 1/2 of NW 1/4 a distance of 418.85 feet;`
thence Westerly and parallel with the East and West Quarter line of
Section 27.a distance of 208.0 feet; thence Southerly a distance of
418.85.feet to the East and West Quarter line of Section 27; thence
Easterly along said East and West Quarter line a distance of 208.0 feet
to the point of beginning and there terminating; containing an area of
2.0 acres.
3. The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of. Section 27, Township 31,
Range 22.
4. The Northeast 1/4 of Section 27
following tracts of 1'and,•`
a. The East one and one-half rods
. b . Beginning at a point on the South line of the SE 1/4 of said,
NE ''I/4 24.75 feet West . of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North,
parallel to the East line of said tract, for 333 feet; thence West,
parallel to the South line of said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, for 150 feet; thence''
South, parallel to described 1st course, for 333 feet to the South line
of said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4; theince East, along said line, for 150 feet to
the point of beginning.
c. Beginning at a point on the South line of the SE 1/4 of said:
NE 1/4 174.5 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North.;
parallel to the East line of said tract for 333 feet; thence East,.
parallel to the South line of said tract for 150 feet, thence North
parallel to the East line of said tract, for 100 feet; thence West
parallel to the South line of said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, for 450 .feet; then
South, parallel to described first course, for 433 feet to the South 1i
.of said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4; thence East, along said South line, for 300 fe
to the point of beginning.
d. Commencing at a point on the South line of said NE 1/4, said
,point being 1544.8 feet West of the Southeast cornier of said NE 1/4;
thence North at right angles to said South line a distance of 300 feet;
thence West and parallel with said South line a distance of 145.2 feet;
thence South and parallel with first course above described a distance oft.
300 feet to said South line; thence East on said South line a distance of
145.2 feet to place of commencement.
The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate to be to
construct, maintain and operate thereon, according to law,
a riding stable and all necessary structures and improvements
incident thereto.

II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand
as initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council this 28th day of July, 1969.
