HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-050 Council Ordinances/2:1 te ORDINANCE NO. 50 VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE FOR ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS FROM $100.00 TO $300.00 OR BY IMPRISONMENT IN THE VILLAGE OR COUNTY JAIL OR WORKHOUSE FOR A PERIOD OF NOT TO EXCEED 90 DAYS, OR BOTH, BUT IN EITHER CASE, THE COSTS OF PROSECUTION MAY BE ADDED. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. Pursuant to the authority granted to the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes under Minnesota Laws 1969, Chapter 735, amending Minnesota Statutes 412.231, any person guilty of violating any penal ordinance of the Village of Lino Lakes �. hereinbefore adopted by the Village Council shall be punished by a find not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment in the Village or county jail, or in the county workhouse for a period of not to exceed 90 days, or both, but in either case the costs of prosecution may be added. Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication according to law. Adopted this 22nd day of September, 1969.
