VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE VILLAGE
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA ON THE 18th DAY OF
JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of
Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
(a) . Area.
(r). The South 15 acres of the West i of Southwest k of
Southeast k and the East i of Southwest k of South-
east 4 and that portion of East i of Northwest k of
Southeast k lying South of the center of Clearwater
Creek, all in Section 24, Township 31, Range 22,
Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to public road
rights -of -way and excepting all rights owned by the
Northern States Power Company over a 50 foot strip
running Northeasterly -Southwesterly over said parcels.
and
The Northwest k of the Northeast k of Section 25,
Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
Subject to public road rights -of -way and Interstate
Highway No. 35E.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
