VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3. Commercial OF THE
VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6,
PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE
18TH DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, ordains:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village
of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
(a) Area.
(s) The following described real estate, situate in
Anoka County, Minnesota:
Lot 19, Auditor Subd'n No. 138, Anoka County,
Minnesota, Except the East 880 feet and except
the West 365 feet of the South 252 feet thereof.
Together with the Northerly 60 feet of Lots 2
and 3, Forest View Acres, according to the maps
or plats thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Anoka
County, Minnesota.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially adopted and as previously amended.
III.
This ordinance shall oe in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
