HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-052 Council OrdinancesORDINANCE NO. 52 VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ON JULY 18, 1955, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39 OF SAID VILLAGE, PASSED ON AUGUST 24, 1964, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 21, PASSED ON OCTOBER 14, 1957, AND AMENDING ANYOTHER VILLAGE ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL USE PERMITS, REZONING, PLATTING AND VARIANCES. The Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, in order to establish a uniform fee schedule, for processing certain petitions presented to the Village for certain items, adopts the following: The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: I. Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of Lino Lakes, passed by the Village Council on July 18, 1955, and Ordinance No. 39, passed on August 24, 1964, and Ordinance No. 21, passed on October 14, 1957, and any other Village Ordinances conflicting with the following, are hereby amended wherever the same conflict with the following, which shall control: No application for a Special Use Permit, Rezoning, Variance or Platting shall be accepted or considered by the Village Council or any other body of the Village unless such application shall be accompanied by a deposit of $100.00. The total fee for processing such application, and which shall be paid by the petitioner to the Village, shall be paid whether or not such permit, rezoning, platting or variance be granted, shall be the total out of pocket expenses incurred by the Village in processing such application, for such necessary items as, but not limited to publication expenses, fee to building inspector for posting notices, attorney's and engineer's fees and costs, and any other costs incident thereto, and shall be in addition to a fee for the Clerk -Treasurer's services, to be paid to the Village, which Clerk -Treasurer separate fee shall be as follows: Special Use Permit Fee $25.00 Rezoning 40.00 Platting 40.00 Variances 25.00 The total of such fees and costs shall be collected by the Village from the petitioner, whether or not his petition be granted, and shall•be collected by the Village by legal action if necessary. II. Save as hereby amended, said Ordinances No. 6, 39 and 21, shall stand as adopted and as previously amended.
