VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 (B) AND (C) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 43A, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, PASSED BY
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY 24, 1971.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA.
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
I.
Sections 3 (B) and (C) of Ordinance No. 43A of the
Village of Lino Lakes is amended by adding to each of said
Sections, the following sentence:
That the period of time which a person has spent under
this Section shall be considered toward and as a part of the
probationary period for consideration under Section 10 herein,
and otherwise herein, so that once a person has worked, under
this Section, for more than 6 months he shall be considered
as having worked his full 6 months probationary period under
this Ordinance.
II.
Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43A shall stand
and be effective as passed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on
passage and publication according to law.

of Washington, State of Minnesota, on Thursday of each week; that during all said time said newspaper has
been printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet 'form equivalent in printed
space to at least 900 square inches; has been distributed at least once each week; has had at least 50 percent of
its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve; has been
circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, and has had at least 500 copies regularly
delivered to paying subscribers, and has hadanaverage of at least 75 percent of its total circulation currently
paid or no more than three months in arrears, and has had entry as second-class matter in the Forest Lake
post office; has its known office of issue established in the Village of Forest Lake and in the County of
Washington; has filed a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society; has filed with the
secretary of state prior to January 1 of each year an affidavit signed by the publisher or managing officer and
sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper; and has complied with all
of the foregoing conditions for at least two years last past;

No. 43B for correction of the following error:
both the title section and Section I. should be changed
from amending Sections 3 (A) and (B) to amending Sections
3 (B) and (C), as noted in the minutes of November 22nd.
I hope it will not be necessary to republish this, but
if so, please take care of it.
