VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ORDINANCE NO. 6 U
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3A, LIMITED COMMERCIAL OF THE
VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED
BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, ON JULY 18, 1955, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6-0,
PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON JULY 14, 1969, BOTH AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDE
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, ordains:
SECTION 3A, Limited Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, and of
Ordinance No. 6-0 of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
is hereby amended, by adding thereto the following:
(a)
(4) That part of the N# of the NE# of Section 17, Township
31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southerly
of Interstate Highway No. 35W-390.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress on the
following:
That part of the NW$ of Section 17, Township 31, Range
22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of the fol-
towing described Tine: Beginning at a point on the Easterly
right of way line of Trunk Highway No. 8 and 66 feet South
from the Southerly right of way line of the Northeast
ramp of interstate Highway 35W-390 (said 66 feet measured
at right angles from said Southerly right of way line);
thence North 81 degrees, 39 minutes, 10 seconds, East
(a Minnesota Highway Department bearing), on a line 66
feet from and parallel to said Southerly right of way
line and its extension, to the East line of said NW* and
there terminating.
Excepting therefrom the following:
The South 180 feet of the West 1,210 feet of the Ni of
the NW* of Section 17, Township 31, Range, 22, Anoka
County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for roadway
purposes over any portion lying within 66 feet of the
right of way line of Interstate Highway 35W-390.
The limited commercial use of the foregoing real estate
to be only to maintain and operate thereon, according to
law, a motel and restaurant, including the construction
and use of any necessary structures It' -dent thereto.

Save as above amended, said Ordinances No. 6 and 6-0, shalt
stand as initially adopted and as subsequently amended.
This ordinance shallbe in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication according to law.
