ORDINANCE NO. 31D
VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 31, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
ON MARCH 25, 1963.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, does ordain:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 31, passed by the Village Council on
March 25, 1963, as amended, is further amended by adding thereto the
following:
SECTION 2.
SUBDIVISION 5. Nothing withstanding to the contrary in
this Ordinance, an "On -Sale" or an "Off -Sale" license may be issued by
the Village to two separate persons for two separate premises for the
same period of time as long as such operation shall otherwise comply
with the laws of the State of Minnesota; in addition, an "On -Sale"
license may be issued to businesses which also serve food. "Premises"
shall be defined as a separate unit; such units may be in one building,
but shall have a solid separating wall or walls and shall have no openings
therein and each unit shall have a separate entrance.
SECTION 2. Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 31, of the
Village of Lino Lakes, passed by the Village Council on March 25, 1963,
shall stand as previously passed and amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
this 28th day of February, 1972.
