AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 OF ORDINANCE NO. 43A, OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON MAY
24, 1971, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED.
`iHE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12 of Ordinance No. 43A, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minneste, passed by the Village Council on May 24, 1971, is hereby
medded so that the same shall read as follows:
SECTION 12 EMPLOYEES NOT COVERED. Nothing in this ordinance pertains to
persons employed by the Village on a `fee basis, to police officers, to working
uperyt sory personnel or to supervisory personnel.

Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43A shall stand and be effective
es initially passed and as previously amended.

This Ordiance shall be infull force and effect from and after its
`assage and publication according to law.
