VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3, COMMERCIAL OF THE VILLAGE OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDINANCE NO. 6, PASSED
BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, ON THE 18TH
DAY OF JULY, 1955.
The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka
County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows:
I.
SECTION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the Village of
Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
(a) Area.
(t) The following described real estate, situate
in Anoka County, Minnesota:
That part of Lot 14, Arthur E. Thom Acres No. 2,
according to the map or plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds,
Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of the West
300 feet thereof.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand
as initially adopted and as previously amended.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Village Council this 26th day of November,
1973.
