HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-043D Council Ordinances17) ORDINANCE NO. 43D VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO. 43C, OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1972, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does hereby ordain as follows: Section I, of Ordinance No. 43C, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on September 11, 1972, is hereby amended so that the same shall read as follows: I. Section 12 of Ordinance No. 43A, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the Village Council on May 24, 1971, is hereby amended so that the same shall read as follows: Section 12. Employees not covered. Nothing in this Ordinance pertains to persons employed by the Village on a fee basis, or to police officers. Working supervisory personnel or supervisory personnel shall be covered by all of the contents of this Ordinance, except that no portion thereof pertaining to the Work Week or Overtime pay shall cover such individuals, such individuals being paid on a monthly basis and to work the number of hours required by their particular employment to complete the necessary work therefor, irrespective of when such work must be performed. II. Save as herein amended, Ordinance No. 43C shall stand and be effective as initially passed and as previously amended. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law. Passed by the Village Council this 8th day of January, 1973. ATTEST: Edna L. Carmany NOTICE OF HEARINGS ON REZONING VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA TAKE NOTICE, that, pursuant to the requirements of Village and Minnesota Law, a public hearing shall be held before the Board of Zoning of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, on Wednesday, December 19, 1973, at 8:15 P.M., at the Village Hall, and also that a public hearing shall be held before the Village Council of Lino Lakes, on Wednesday, December 26, 1973, at 8:15 P.M., at the Village Hall, for the purpose of considering the application by Clement Schmitz, for Rezoning from Residential to Commercial certain lands situate in the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, and which are described as follows, to- wit: That part of Lot 42, Arthur E.
