The City Council of the City of Lino,Lakos, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows: FEC ION 3. Commercial of Ordinance No. 6, of the then Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (a) Area. (v) The following Is hereby designated as Limited Business (LB) District: The following described real estate, situate In Anoka County Minnesota: A part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (WI of NW * of SE u) end a part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter- (WI fo SW* of SE*), ati in Section Twenty- four (24), Township Thirty -One (31) North, of Range Twenty-two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NWk of SE*`, thence East along the South tine of North- *(;st Quarter of Southeast Quarter (MEk of SE$) a distance of Six Hundred Sixty and Ninety-sevent Hundredths (660.97) feet to a point in the East line of said West Half of Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (WI of NW! of SEk), Thence North along the East !ine of West Haif of Northwest Quarter of S u theast Quarter (W} of NWO of SE) a + ifttstance of Two Hundred Sixty-five and Eighty-seven Hundredths (265.87) feet to a point, thence West a distance of Six Hundred Sixty-one and Thirty-two Hundredths (661.32) feet to a point in the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NWk of SE*), thence South along the said West line a distance of Two Hundred Sixty-three and Thirty-eight Hundredths (263.38) feet to the point of beginning and containing Four (4) acres, more or less, and subject to road rights the public has acquired in the Westerly Thirty-three (33) feet of above described parcel.
