HomeMy WebLinkAbout1974-042A Council OrdinancesORDINANCE NO. 42A CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42, OF THE THEN VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 26, 1966, AND SETTING THE SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEN. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain as follows: I. Ordinance No. 42, of the then Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on September 26, 1966, which amended and replaced Ordinance No. 13, passed by the then Village Council on October 10, 1956, is hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing the same with the following: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions and allowances of Minnesota Statute 415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Lino Lakes shall be $100.00 per month and the salary of each Councilman shall be the sum of $75.00 per month. SECTION 2. The salaries established hereby are to be paid monthly. II. This ordinance shall be effective, after prior publication, on November 6, 1974, after the next succeeding municipal election.
