HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-030D Council OrdinancesORDINANCE NO. 30D CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SECTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 30, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 26, 1962, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 30B, PASSED BY THE THEN VILLAGE COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 27, 1965, AND ADDING A SECTION REQUIRING DRAFTING OF NECCESSARY APPLICATION FORMS AND IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS. SECTION 1. Fee, of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 30 passed by the then Village Council on November 26, 1962, as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance of Ordinance No.30B, passed by the then Village Council on December 27, 1965, is hereby amended by replacing same as amended, with the following: C. Fee The City Council shall establish a fee schedule, for the moving of buildings into, around, inside of, or out of the City of Lino Lakes and shall cover the moving of buildings through Lino Lakes if City streets are used for such moving, Such fee schedule shall be established, and amended from time to time, by Resolution of the City Council, a copy of which Resolution shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer, and available for inspection, during regular office hours Section 2. Said Ordinance No. 30 shall be further amended by adding thereto the following: Section 10. The City Building Inspector shall prepare the necessary application forms and implementing regulations to enforce this Ordinance and update same to comply with other City Ordinances and State Laws, and present same to the City ; Council for approval and adoption, which forms and regulations when approved and adopted and as same may be amended from time to time, by the City Council, shall become a part of this Ordinance and copies thereof as approved and adopted and amended shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer, and available for inspection, during regular office hours. Section 3. Save for the foregoing amendments, said Ordinance No. 30, as amended by said Ordinance No. 30B, and other amendments, shall stand and be effective as adopted and previously amended. Section 4. This :ordinanceshall be effective from and after its passage and publication as required by law. Passed by the City Council this 9th day of July, 1979. Edna L. Sarner, Clerk -Treasurer
