COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 37, PERTAINING TO DOG KENNELS.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, ordains:
SECTION I
Section 9 of Ordinance No. 37, passed by the then Village
Council on May 25, 1964, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following words:
only on land zoned as commercial and
SECTION II
Save as herein amended, said Ordinance No. 37, shall stand
and be of full force and effect as passed.
SECTION III
This Ordinance shall be of full force and effect upon its
passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the City Council this 27th day of August, 1979.
