HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-056H Council OrdinancesORDINANCE NO. 56H CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO DUPLEX FAMILY (R-2). The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: I. Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955, is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial and Residential to Duplex Family (R-2), pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence Easterly along the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 160.0 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing Easterly along said South line a distance of 160.0 feet; thence Northerly at a right angle a distance of 500 feet; thence Westerly at a right angle a distance of 160.0 feet; thence Southerly at a right angle a distance of 500 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to Lilac Street. Being now a part of Lot 16, Auditor's Subdivision No. 134. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as initially passed and as previously amended. III.
