CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES
BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO DUPLEX FAMILY (R-2).
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, does ordain:
I.
Ordinance No. 6, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, passed by the then Village Council on July 18, 1955,
is hereby amended by rezoning from Commercial, General Business
(GB) and Residential Single Family (R-1) to Duplex Family (R-2),
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 56, of the City of
Lino Lakes, the following described real estate:
Lot 1, Block 2, TWILIGHT ACRES, according to the map
or plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota.
II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 6 shall stand as
initially passed and as previously amended.
III.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law.
