HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-056L Council OrdinancesCITY OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE No. 56L AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PORTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 56 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JULY 26, 1971. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Ordians: 1. That Section 4.05, Accessory Building and Structure, shall be amended by adding thereto the following paragraph: M. That no metal accessory building exceeding one hundred fifty (150) square feet shall constructed in an urban residential, expansion residential or rural residential zone as illustrated in the City's current comprehensive plan. N. In areas other than urban residential, expansion Residential and Rural Residential, Accessory buildings shall not exceedone thousand (1000) square feet, except those buildings used specifically for agricultural, Commercial or Industrial purposes. O. No accessory building shall exceed the size of the primary building. Except as otherwise amended, Ordinance Number 56 shall stand as originally adopted.
