ORDINANCE NO. 56R
CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 56, OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY ADDING
RETAIL PLUMBING SHOPS AS A PERMITTED USE IN GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No. 56, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota passed
by the then Village Council on July 26, 1971, is hereby amended by adding to
Section 6.13, the following:
(o) Retail plumbing shops, to include the customary retail sales of plumbing
supplies and fixtures and contracting for and installation and repair of plumb-
ing and plumbing fixtures, but not to include the production or manufacture of
any material used therein, and which retail plumbing shops shall not have any
exterior storage, outside of permanent buildings.
SECTION II.
Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 56 shall stand as initially passed
and as previously amended.
SECTION III.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and publication according to law.
Passed by the City Council this 14th day of October, 1980.
