CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE COVERAGE OF ELECTED OR APPOINTED OFFICIALS OF
THE CITY OF LINO LAKES UNDER THE MINNESOTA WORKMANS COMPENSATION STATUTE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
That the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes does hereby authorize the
inclusion of any regularly elected or appointed officers or officials of
the City of Lino Lakes within the definition of "employee" in M. S. A.
176,011, Subdivision 9. The foregoing authorization is made pursuant to
section 5 of the afore mentioned subdivision.
SECTION 11
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and afters its
passage and publication according to law.
Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of May 1980.
