EDA President Manthey called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers 17
at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the meeting was closed, EDA President Manthey read a 18
statement on the purpose of the meeting. The meeting was closed as a session of the city 19
council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing sale of city 20
property (Legacy property). 21

The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained in the Office of the City 23
Clerk as required. 24
