EDA President Manthey called the meeting to order at 9:03 p.m. in the Council Work 17
Room at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the meeting was closed, EDA President Manthey 18
read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The meeting was closed as a session of 19
the Economic Development Authority pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for the purpose 20
of discussing sale of city property (Legacy property). 21

The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained in the Office of the City 23
Clerk as required. 24
