CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 65, REGULATING THE KEEPING OF DOGS IN THE
CITY OF LINO LAKES.
The Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains:
SECTION I.
Ordinance No. 65, of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed
by the City Council on April 26, 1976, shall be amended by adding the following:
Section V, Subd. b shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
Paying an impounding fee as follows:
$10.00 first offense
$20.00 second offense
$40.00 third offense
$80.00 fourth offense, or by any such sum as may be determined from time to
time by Council Resolution. •
Section IX, shall be amended by adding the following:
In any case the minimum fines, upon conviction of any provision of this Ord-
inance, shall be as follows:
First offense - $10.00
Second offense - $20.00
Third offense - $40.00
Fourth offense - $80.00
SECTION II.
Save for the foregoing amendments, and as previously amended said Ordinance No.
65 shall stand and effective as adopted.
SECTION III.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and publication according to law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
