STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 42A, OF THE THEN VILLAGE
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE COUNCIL
ON OCTOBER 26, 1974, AND SETTING SALARIES OF THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL MEMBERS
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 42A of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, passed by the City Council on October 28, 1974
which amended and replaced Ordinance #42, passed by the then
Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the
Village Council on September 26, 1966 which amended and replaced
Ordinance No. 13, passed by the then Village Council on October
10, 1956 is hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing
the same with the following:
Section I. Pursuant to the provision and allowances of MN
Statutes 415.11, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Lino
Lakes shall be One Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($150.00)
per month and the salary of each Council Member shall be the
sum of One Hundred Twenty Five and no/100 Dollars ($125.00)
per month.
Section II. The salaries established hereby are to be paid
monthly.
This Ordiannce shall be effective January 1, 1984.
Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
