CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0,57A, PASSED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL ON APRIL 8, 1974, AND SETTING THE SALARIES OF PARK,
RECREATION AND ENVIORNMENT COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No, 57A of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota passed by the City Council on April 8, 1974, which
amended and replaced Ordinance No. 57, passed by the City
Council on August 23, 1971, is hereby amended by repealing the
same and replacing the same with the following:
Section 6, Appointment and Compensation of Members,
The members of the Commission shall be appointed by a
majority of the City Council and shall receive a
quarterly salary of Twenty Five and no/100 Dollars
($25.00).
A. To qualify for such salary an attendance
record of 70% must be attained on a
quarterly basis.
This Ordinance shall be effective pursuant to State and Local
Charter requirements.
Passed by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
