AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 57 OF THE THEN VILLAGE
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE COUNCIL ON
DECEMBER 18, 1972, RELATIVE TO MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
does ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 57 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
passed by the then Village Council of the City of Lino Lakes on
December 18, 1972 is hereby amended by repealing the same and replacing
the same with the following:
Section 14. Rates and Charges
(A) (1) The following rates and charges, which shall be paid
quarterly, based upon the following sbhedule of water service meter
sizes are hereby established for all sanitary sewer services for
each single family dwelling, two family dwelling, government builidng,
church or schoolhouse sewer connection furnished by the City for
each:
WATER SERVICE
METER SIZE
ANNUAL SEWER
RENTAL CHARGE
5/8" or less $120.00
Charges for larger meter sized and other types of users shall be as-
set by the City Council by Ordinance.
The rates set forth in this paragraph shall be subject to change by
Ordinance by the City Council from time to time.
This Ordinance shall be effective
