RESOLUTION NO. 19-27
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WEST SHADOW LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-27 of the Council adopted on October 10, 2018,
awarding the contract for the West Shadow Lake Area Improvement Project to Geislinger &
Sons; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $41,849.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Many. and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
