RESOLUTION NO. 19-32
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT
LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN DATED NOVEMBER, 2018
WHEREAS, the City's Local Surface Water Management Plan dated November, 2018 has
been updated in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235 and Minnesota Rules
8410;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
Adopts the November, 2018 Local Surface Water Management Plan.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert
