RESOLUTION NO. 19-34
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR THE 2019 SURFACE WATER
MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 19-22 on February 25, 2019, awarding the
construction contract to Arnt Construction Company for the 2019 Surface Water Maintenance
Project; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 1 (Final) for the 2019
Surface Water Maintenance Project and can be found on file at the offices of the City of Lino
Lakes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
Payment Request No. 1 (Final) is approved in the amount of $49,000.00 to Arnt Construction
Company.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthett, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert
