THE CITY COUNCIL • LAKES, MINNE-
SOTA:
1._ The Council wIsensider the improvement
of the Rice Lake Court Improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a: motion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 and Ch r 8 of the Lino Lakes City
Chatter at an estimate total cost of the improve-
ment of $133,097.11
2. A public'heig shall be held on such
proposed Improvemitt on the 28th day of Octo-
berr,1991, in the contrail chambers of the city hall
at 7:15 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and
pubtishednoticeofs4hearingandimprovernents
as required by law.
Adopted by thwillno Lakes City, Council this
23rd day of October,=1,91.
