The Council will consider the installation of Sanitary• sewer and municipal water and the Improvement of Ware Road in accordance with the report and thltassessment of benefited prop- erty for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 t and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $464,794.73. 2. A public hearing shall be held' on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of Novem- ber,1991 in the r t : rs of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and shall give mailed and published lobed if'such hearing and improve ments as required by --law. Adopted by the l.ttio Lakes City Council this 14th day of October. 1991. ' Harold L.
