RESOLUTION AND MOVED ITS ADOPTION:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 96.52
RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE OTTER
LAKE ROAD REALIGNMENT FEASIBILITY
REPORT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the
Council adopted February 12, 1996, a report
has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with
reference to the Otter Lake Road Street
Improvement, and this report was received by
the Council on May 13, 1996,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improve-
ment in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting property for all or a por-
tion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the esti-
mated total cost of the improvement.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such
proposed improvement on the 1Oth day of,.
June,, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of
May;1946."

. The motion for adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by Council
* Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken
'Thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared
baited `and adopted.
