WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 13, 1996, a report has been prepared by John Powell, TKDA with ref- erence to the sanitary sewer lift station improvement and this report was received by the Council on May 13, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE:CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNOtAKES MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improve- ment in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a por- tion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 for the esti- mated total cost of the improvement. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the loth day of June, 1996, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:45 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and pjliuch hearing and improvemee0s w. --- OP Y,-.0? is lath Y or ay,v1996. Anderson - C,Ierk-Treasurer The motion for' adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Bergeson and' upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. The following voted against same: None. Whereupon' said resolution was declared passed, adopted.
