I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn,
on oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated
agent and an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad
Community Press, and that I have full knowledge of the facts which
are stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constitut-
ing qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
Statute 331A.02, 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.
COUNCIL MEMBER BERGESON INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION
AND MOVED ITS ADOPTION:
CITY OF UNO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 97.63
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT-
WARE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 24, 1997, a report has been
prepared by OSM, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Ware Road between Ash Street and
Birch Street by constructing water supply systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems,
installing curb and gutter and reconstructing street, and this report was received by the council on
May 12, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is neces-
sary, cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and
3solution No. 97.63
the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and Lino Lakes Charter, Chapter 8, at an estimated WWI coat of
the improvement of $1,857,613.75.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 23rd day of June,1997,
in the council chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give Rnaiied 400 published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Maw Neal
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereot Bergeson, Koster, L yden,
Neal, Landers.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
