(B) The Printed CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOTITTTON NO. 00-92 which is attached was cut from the columns of said newspaper, and was printed and published once each week, for 2 successive weeks; it was first published on TTTFSDAY , the 17 day of OCTOBER , 20 00 , and was thereafter printed and published on everyTUESDAY to and including TUESDAY the 24 day of OCTOBER , 20 00 ; and printed below is a copy alphabet from A to COUNCIL MEMBER DAHL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION AND MOVED ITS ADOPTION: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 00.92 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE CLEARWATtR CREEK 4TH ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS Whereas, by a resolution passed by the City Council on October 9, 2000, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the Clearwater Creek 4th Addition Improvements; and Whereas, the Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has bier completed and filed in her office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MIN- NESOTA; 1. A hearing shall be held on Monday, November 13, 2000, in the City Hall, 600 Town Center n to before me on Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at 6:30 P.M. to pass upon such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference t0 such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assess• ment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two (2) weeks prior to the hearing, and she shall state in the notice the total costs of the improvement. She shall also caused mailed notice to be given to the owners of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two (2) weeks prior to the hearings. Z, both inclusive, which is hereby ing the size and kind of type used in the composition ,e notice: BY: feiA- z).„g 3: The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of tie asses ment to the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Clerk except that no interest shall be charged i that entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the adoption of the assessment He may et any time thereafter, pay to the City Clerk the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in which payment is made. Such payment must be made before November 15, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the succeeding year. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2000.
