I, the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent, being duly sworn, on
oath state that I am the publisher, or the publisher's designated agent and
an employee of the newspaper known as The Quad Community Press, and
that I have full knowledge of the facts which are stated below:
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting
qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota Statute
331A.02, 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amended.

Whereas, by a resolution passed by the City Council on October 9, 2000, the City Clerk was icy to and including TTTFcTIAY
directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the Highland Meadows West Improvements, and

The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl,
O'Donnell, Reinert. The following voted against same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
CERTIFICATION
