CITY OF LJNO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 99-96
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALL NEARING ON IMPROVEMENT-
NANCY DRIVE/VICKY LANE UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the
Council adopted May 10, 1999, and May 24,
1999, a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer, with reference to the improvement of
Nancy Drive and Vicky Lane by constructing
watermain and sanitary sewer, and this report
was received by the council on October 11,
1999, and,
WHEREAS, the report provides information
regarding whether the proposed project is nec-
essary, cost-effective. and feasible,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improve-
ment of such streets in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property
for all or a pof on of the coat of the improve-
ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter at an esti-
mated total' cost of the improvement of
$636,200.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such
improvement on the 22nd day of November,
1999, in the -council chambers of the city hall at
6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and improve-
ment as r8quhed bylaw.

The motion for adoption 'of the foregoing
resolution was, duly seconded by Council
Member Lyden and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Sullivan, Neal, Lyden, Dahl, Bergeson
The following voted against same: •
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared
passed and adopted.
