PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE

ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS
WHET , by a resolution passed by the
City Council on September 13, 1999, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment for the Pheasant Hills Preserve
loth Additionfmprovements, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the City
Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed 8nd fled in her office for pub-
lic inspection,
NOW, THER ORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CrtYC L OF LINO LAKES,
1. "A hearing shall be held on Monday,

Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at
6:38 P M. to pass upon such proposed assess-
mentesnd at such time and place all persons.

cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official
