RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON
ASSESSMENT FOR THE
FELLS PRESERVE IITH
WHEREI�a resolution passed by the
ty Council on September 13, 1999, the City

Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in her office for pub-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
SY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
1. Aheaaaring shall be held on Monday,
October 25, 1999, in the City Hall, 600 Town
Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota, at
6:30 P M, to place upon such proposed assess-
