RESOLUTION NO. 94-27
RESOLU ON ACCEPTING
AND CALLING
PUBL HEARING ON TRUNK
W TERMAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS ON HODGSON ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to a reso-
lution of the City Council adopted on
March 14, 1994, a report has been
prepared by John Powell, TKDA, with
reference to the trunk watermain im-
provements on the east side of Hodgson
Road from Linda Avenue to Birch
Street, and this report was received by
the City Council on April 11,1994,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the
utility improvement inaccordance with
the report and the assessment of abut-
ting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and
Chapters of the Lino Lakes City Char-
ter at an estimated total c ost of $196,290.
2. Apublic hearing shall be held
on such proposed improvement on the
9th day of May, 1994, in the Council
chambers of the city hall at 6:45 p.m.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
