No one spoke during the “open mic” portion of the meeting. 23

The commission discussed with Ms Marty the two proposed ordinances by the City Council. 27

MOTION by Betroi to reject the Lino Lakes City Council’s current proposed ordinance 04-14. 29
Seconded by Commissioner Timm. 30

MOTION is withdrawn and Seconded withdrawn. 32

MOTION by Bretoi to ask Karen Marty to take the input received tonight and look at the current 34
proposed ordinances to create a response to City Council. 35

Motion carries with 1 nay and Chair abstaining. 38
