16 Council Member Stoesz called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. in the Council Work
17 Room at Lino Lakes City Hall. Before the meeting was closed, Council Member Stoesz
18 read a statement on the purpose of the meeting. The meeting was closed as a session of the
19 city council pursuant to the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing land
20 acquisition related to the NE Drainage Area (Peltier Outlet) Improvement Project.

22 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained as required in the Office
23 of the City Clerk.

25 The meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
