RESOLUTION NO. 19-57
RESOLUTION APPROVING RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
COST -SHARE AGREEMENT
CENTURY FARM NORTH STORMWATER REUSE STUDY
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to complete a stormwater reuse feasibility
study (Study) for the Century Farm North development as part of the City's water conservation
program; and
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) has received Watershed -Based
Funding Pilot Program (WBFPP) funds from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources
(BWSR) (USWR) which are available for improvement and remediation of surface water
quality within the Rice Creek Watershed; and
WHEREAS, the RCWD has awarded the City funding in the amount, not to exceed, $14,040 for
the Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby
approves the Cost -Share Agreement with the Rice Creek Watershed District and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of May, 2019.
