RESOLUTION NO. 19-64
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE NE LINO
LAKES DRAINAGE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City proposes to construct a surface water conveyance system to provide an
outlet to landlocked areas included within the North East Drainage Comprehensive Stormwater
Management Plan Area; and
WHEREAS, on October 22, 2018 the City Council approved Resolution No. 18-139, authorizing
the City Engineer, WSB and Associates, to prepare plans and specifications for the the NE Lino
Lakes Drainage Area improvement project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the NE Lino Lakes
Drainage Area Improvement Project and has presented such plans and specifications to the City
Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota approves the plans and specifications for the NE Lino Lakes Drainage Area
Improvement Project, a copy of which is on file at City Hall.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of May, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Manthey, Stoesz, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
