RESOLUTION NO. 19-71
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, WELL NO. 7 SCREENED TEST WELL
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of Well No. 7 screened test well,
quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that Traut Companies of Waite Park, Minnesota is the lowest responsible
bidder; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Traut Companies for
the construction of the Well No. 7 screened test well in the amount of $74,360.00;
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of June 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, SToesz, Reinert
