RESOLUTION NO. 19-97
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
2019 PHEASANT HILLS CIRCLE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-59 of the Council adopted on May 13, 2019, awarding
the contract for the 2019 Pheasant Hills Circle Project to T.A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $65,524.25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2019.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Stoesz, Reinert
